It's about time the billboard-changers start changing the billboards.
Some billboard ads are totally unnecessary here.
For example, along one highway (Federal, i think) there's a billboard advertising winter clothes - 'Moments of Warmth' - something like that.
I doubt we need winter clothes here in Malaysia. Unless we experience one of those days when the temperature drops drastically to an incredibly low 26 degrees. (:
