I cringe at the sight of pau, just recently. Why?
One day i had forgotten to peel off the top layer of my chas-yu (is that how you spell it?) pau. Then my mom told me that 'the stinky pauman wipes his snot all over the pau'. Haha!

I wanted to warn you guys - peel off the top layer before eating pau! - but my mom said everyone already knows that, I'm the only one who doesn't.

It was one of those profound learning experiences that will definitely go down the memory lane : )
