I didn't know I had a cousin named Michael. Found about a week ago. He's in his 20s and lives in Aussieland. Met him and his family for the first time last week, when they came down for a relative's birthday bash. Anyway, Michael's dad, being Aussie, spoke with a strong Aussie accent. When the family came over that day, I asked them what they'd like to drink. Michael's dad, Uncle John, said, "Have a guess" but I it sounded like "I'll have a Giss" so I thought Giss was a type of alcoholic drink since it sounded a bit like Guiness so I replied "Sorry, I don't think we have that". Haha.
